The Windsor Clipper CLP12 is a corded, manually operated carpet extractor. Operators of various skill levels can utilize the Clipper CLP12 thanks to the ergonomic design and user-friendly control panel. A flipping handle allows for either push or pull operation for any situation. The CLP12's recovery tank can be lifted out of the machine for simple dumping.
